This residential district was built on a site with land area of 89,414 square metres and consists of 13 high-rise residential buildings that house a total of 1,400 units collectively.

The total engineering construction area of this project was 132,030 square metres and project costs were approximately 225 million RMB (45 million NZD).

Located at the hillside of Lingnan Mountain, we have ensured all residents enjoy the natural green scenic view through utilising clever design and construction combinations.

This project received the Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize from China Society for Civil Engineering in 2016.
