This office building complex has been built to high-performance green standards. The facility utilises energy produced from renewable sources with innovative energy saving technologies, which will as a result, reduce carbon emissions by 1,000 tons per year.

The engineering construction area of this project was approximately 32,000 square metres and project costs were around 88 million RMB (17.6 million NZD) .

In June 2017, this building was awarded the LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
