The total engineering construction area for this project was 309,361 square metres and total project costs were 521,010,000 RMB (approximately 100 million NZD)

Located in Zhaoqing’s new City Centre, our project site was assessed by the Zhaoqing Construction Association to be a “safe and civilised engineering construction demonstration site.”
