Our part-time and full-time Intern Program is designed to provide a realistic view of project management by having Interns assist the functions of full-time project managers. Along the way, you will obtain a strong foundation in the basic skills of project management, stakeholder management, and financial analysis.

Full-time internship duration: minimum 3 months
Part-time internship duration: minimum 6 months

Assignments typically include:

• Schedule and attend meetings with council, engineers, architects, planners and other industry experts and write up meeting minutes
• Assisting the project manager in preparing financial projections and feasibility reports
• Conduct market research on the Auckland housing market
• Help with property management functions

Qualifications, skills and requirements:

• You must be a university student in your penultimate year majoring in property development, construction management, civil engineering, architecture, valuation, surveying, finance or equivalent with an outstanding academic standing.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex data, manage multiple tasks, provide complicated financial analysis and develop appropriate project solutions.
• You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to form effective working relationships through collaboration
